We can work with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non QM products.   Currently we are not accepting Commercial Loans.   We can Register the loan for you and disclose.

We will update you and the borrower every step of the way.   We answer all calls and if we are on the phone we call back.  We reply to emails quickly.  We update in real time throughout the process.

Your Price also includes Ordering Title, Appraisal, Insurance, Voe's, and Pest Inspections as needed.  If you prefer to do this in your office we understand just let us know.

We will review the file for errors, issues, and reach out as needed.  We will submit Loans in Real time.    We will work closely with the Borrowers to gather what is needed to get our Clear to close.  

We will disclose to the borrowers on your behalf.  We always suggest you use Lender Disclosures rather then your own, but we will work with you the way you like to work and issue disclosures for you within 24 hours.

Sometimes your are new to the industry or you are unable to keep up with the market changes.   We are here if you have questions.  We can help with structuring a loan, or point out what could or could not go wrong.  Use as to help you place loans or ask about the guidelines.   I am always studying guidelines and watching for changes.  

We will Coordinate Closings.  Work with Title and the Lender to balance CD and get Closing package out.  We also provide you with a Post Closing package for Audit purposes after closing.
