Borrowers pay our Fee on the Final CD at closing.   Rarely is the borrower worried about the processing fee they are more interested In their rate or Origination fees.

Hiring a Third Party Processor is the best Business decision you can make.  Why?    You have no overhead, you have no Salary or bonus to pay.    As a Third Party Processor I will work harder to earn your business and to do so I am going to be more pro active, I am going to get the Job done and I am going to try to Impress you with my Services so that you can Trust me and have a Partner for a long time.  Trust is important in this business.   Trust frees your mind from worrying about your loans.  It allows you to market and focus on business.   

You also have a Very Motivated Processor who also wants to get paid. We are not paid until the loan closes.  If the loan does not close we do not get paid.  In House Processors do not work this way.  They expect their pay check weekly and are paid even when loans do not close.  They are paper Pushers,  and less likely to be motivated to close the loans.   A typical In-house Processor love watching the Clock to check out by 5pm.  My Rule is I do not leave until Closing is complete, and if I need to stay late I will.    No Business is too big for me I will grow as needed!  Give me a Try let me show you!  Lets Talk!
